We like the location because it is close to the city center. We also appreciate the discount at the linked restaurant. There are also numerous restaurants nearby. The room is cleaned daily.

We have to request everything (even though it is free), it is inconvenient to call reception every time we need dental kits, bath robes, or other items. These are necessities that must be placed in the room prior to guest check-in.

Large room just like in pictures. Good desk/chair to work on laptop. Overall clean and well fitted out. Good shower. Will stay again. Walking distance to BTS and 2 shopping malls.

Air conditioner quite loud when operating. Fellow traveller’s room located opposite the lift was very noisy and disturbed their sleep.

Everything was dark not much natural light in the rooms

Rooms were spacious, bathing soap smells awesome, make-up room service is good, no noisy neighbours.

Front desk should have more spare cash on standby whenever guests are in dire need of spare change, this is because tourists are usually only given 1000bhat during currency exchange and sometimes we face problems when the taxi or grab drivers are not able to present balance loose change and the front desk is the last hope left.

Great location and away from the noise.

The staff blame me for smoking inside the room base on “they smell cigarette” and ask me to pay 5000thai baht....... end up have to call police to settle this matter! Is best western company not give enough salary to their employees? Why ripe off customers like this?

Please people don’t go too this hotel. They are thieves. They steal money. I called the reception for washing my clothes they said it will cost you €4 i went afterwards outside too check the prices outside the price was €3 i tought i pay 1€ more than i have my clothes in the hotel. When i checked out they gave me a bill of 67€ for washing 2kg clothes 3pants and 4 shorts, crazyyy. I said thats ridiculous they laughed at me and said you must pay i said no you are lying than they called the police so i must pay. I payd for 1bag clothes 67€ and they were laughing about that. 1 week later i get an email of booking they said in the mail that i went away without paying my washing clothes. Ridiculous. I have all evidence i paid but they want to try to set me up this is not normal shameless. People please dont go the rooms are also very bad when we came the first night there were a lot of bedbugs on our bed. They didnt wanted too change room when i said i will cancel than they gave me a new room. The next day we found a biggg spider and 3 cockroaches in the room. It is a veryyyy dirty hotel i never saw a hotel like this it looks on the pictures beautifull but the photos are not true. Dont go people otherwise you will be veryyyy dissappointed.

The room is nice and comfortable. Very close to convenience store and there's a lot of place to eat around.

When we arrived it was raining and i'm very surprised that they put their white hotel towel as a floor mat at the entrance. I understand they did that so that the floor is not wet. But not a very good first impression. Also the bathroom could be cleaner.

Location was quite convenient and price was very attractive for the location. Lots of food around the area

The walk to the BTS was about 10 minutes and includes climbing up stairs. It is not great for elderly or people who have trouble walking.

Great location, 5-10 min walk from the MRT. Rooms are basic, And clean, good value for money. Staff friendly and helpful.

Firm mattresses, but we still managed to have a pleasant stay.

We stayed there several times. Excellent location in a good and quiet neighbourhood, under 10 minutes' walking distance from the metro station, they offer a free shuttle service to that station, plenty of good restaurants in the area. Non-smoking rooms. Kind and helpful English speaking staff. Room clean and large enough for two persons, comfortable bed and pillows, plenty of natural light and good lighting, good TV and wi-fi, complementary bottle of water every day, comfortable bathroom, good hairdryer. They kept our luggage while we were away.

We had breakfast only once and found it a bit disappointing. The rooftop jacuzzi does not exist any longer. One of our rooms had issues with the A/C and we had to change rooms the next morning. The bathroom sink got clogged once but they were quick in sorting that out. Most of the rooms we stayed in had minor issued that required maintenance. The hotel staff was responsive and quick in addressing those issues, though. The airport transfer offered by one staff member was BHT 500 (100 more than a taxi with a meter would charge, toll included).

Best Western is located at Sukhumvit soi 20 which is not far from Asoke BTS station and very easy to find. The staffs were very attentive and friendly. The room is more spacious than I expected and comfortable. They also provide free wi-fi. There was a complementary tuk-tuk service at the hotel which can deliver you to the BTS station. The breakfast there might seem small, but it was adequate. Breakfast included ABF (sausages, ham, bread), salad, congee, fried rice, pasta, baked potato, cereal, milk, yogurt, coffee, juices and etc.

There are parking lots at the hotel, but not so many. However, the staff can help you park or move your car and you have to give your car key to the hotel staff until checkout. Don't expect variety of breakfast choices at the hotel. For me, it was great and adequate. In addition, there is no fitness/gym, but the hotel can provide you with some exercise equipment such as yoga mat and stretch band if you'd like to workout in your room.

The concierge was terrific!!!! Nothing was too much trouble for him. I would go back there if ever i went back to Bangkok.

Was disappointed to find that there was no rooftop pool/Jacuzzi. It would have been great considering how hot it is there. It's still advertised on Booking.Com, so perhaps take that out.

Well-positioned.

I had to change room in the middle of the night because in the neighboring room they were smoking so much that their smoke alarm went off. The staff finally change my room, but was not a nice night.

Clean and staff is friendly. Value for money.

Location is rather far from the BTS. It helps that the hotel provide free transport to the BTS and we usually take cab back. Bed is rather hard.
